要吃什麼樣的營養品最好?
身為臨床骨科醫師,門診經常有骨質疏鬆,或處理已經因骨鬆而發生骨折的病患常有病人問我:「吃什麼樣的營養品最好?」一開始我不主動推薦營養品,後來發現病患還是拿各種稀奇古怪的產品來門診詢問。才有機會與廠商合作開發配方,心想:「如果可以自己開發,怎樣的產品最符合需求?」
為何選擇鈣飲?
一般市面上的鈣大多以大顆錠劑為主,對小朋友與高齡長輩而言難以吞嚥,容易產生抗拒的心態,間接將「鈣」拒絕於門外。而鈣飲適合老中青三代,對於小朋友較抗拒的錠劑及吞嚥困難的人來說,相當親民及方便。對於年紀大老人家還要考慮太稀容易嗆到,因此提高黏稠度可以減少家屬自行添加黏著劑的麻煩,讓老人家安全服用。
